2017: 137 year rain record just broken in Paris, France.* EMS received over 1700 calls from local citizens as they were very unfamiliar with this type of weather phenomenon*. Seems as if 2017 is the year of the "Record Breaking Flood Event". Situations, some even a thousand times more extreme than this are becoming quite common around the globe.
